Data usage

The INGV portal for the Extended Source provides fault‐rupture distributions obtained using geodetic data and analytical models. The source models are calculated and validated by qualified INGV personnel, using the best available knowledge at the time the products are generated and referring exclusively to the data employed. However, due to the complexity of the natural phenomena involved, INGV cannot be held responsible for any data incompleteness, result uncertainties, or non-uniqueness of the solution. INGV disclaims any liability for improper use of the data available on the Finite Source portal.
